CPR Training Clinic, LLC operates as an official AHA Training Center (ID: KY20911). Our AHA-certified courses ensure high-quality training in CPR, First Aid, and life-saving skills, recognized by employers nationwide for compliance purposes.

4. Registration and Payment
To enroll in a course, you must complete registration and pay in full through our website.
By registering for our course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling is available, subject to a fee.
• Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the course. Less notice will incur a rescheduling fee.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a course without prior notification, you forfeit the course fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

6. Course Rescheduling by Us
If a course is rescheduled or canceled by us, you will be notified promptly. You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Certification
Upon successful course completion, AHA certification will be issued, typically within 48 hours, but no later than 5 business days. It is your responsibility to ensure your certification meets your employer’s or organization’s requirements.

8. Remediation Policy
If you do not pass the course, you will have one additional attempt to complete it. A second failure will require retaking the course.

9. Participant Dismissal Policy
CPR Training Clinic reserves the right to dismiss any participant for violating regulations or endangering themselves or others. This dismissal will be permanent and without a refund. You will indemnify CPR Training Clinic, LLC for any damages resulting from your actions, including legal fees if necessary.

10. Non-Discrimination Statement

12. Jurisdiction
You agree that the state and federal courts in Jefferson County, Kentucky will be the exclusive jurisdiction for you to bring suit with respect to any matter arising out of these Terms and Conditions and that Kentucky law will apply. CPR Training Clinic, LLC reserves the right to bring any legal proceedings in other jurisdictions if necessary.

13. Waiver of Jury Trial
Both parties agree to waive the right to a trial by jury in any legal action related to this agreement.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by CPR Training Clinic, LLC and protected by copyright law.

15. Limitation of Liability
CPR Training Clinic, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to your out-of-pocket expenses incurred in this agreement. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages of any nature to any third party.
